Matik Team Overview

Team vs. Enterprise

Matik Team is ideal for small teams looking to automate the creation of data-driven presentations, whereas Matik Enterprise is ideal for large organizations looking to automate data-driven presentations and workflows at scale. For a full comparison, please refer to our pricing page. Please note that Matik Team can be purchased using a credit card online.

Matik Free Trial

You can try Matik Team free for 30 days! If you decide you would like to purchase Matik at the end of the trial, add a payment method to your account and you will be charged at the end of your trial (see the billing section below for more details.) The free trial is only available for Matik Team. If you are interested in the Enterprise edition of Matik, please fill out the following form to contact us.

Billing

Billing for Matik Team is covered through our payment processor, Stripe. To add payment, navigate to the “Enterprise Settings” page from the user menu in the top right. Under “Settings,” scroll down to the “Plan and Billing” section and click on “Manage Billing.”

Upgrading Your Account

If you are meeting your monthly presentation generation limits, need to add more team members, or are interested in additional features, you can upgrade your account to an Enterprise account by reaching out to our sales team. Just fill out the form on this page to contact sales.

Testing with Matik Team Edition

Matik Team only includes five presentation generations a month. To ensure you don’t use up your presentations while testing, be sure to use the “Test Slides” functionality rather than generating a presentation. 

Testing Slides

Slides can be tested by going to the Template page. Select the template you want to test and select a slide. Above the thumbnails, press the “Test Slides” button to generate test slides.

Team and Trial FAQ

  • How do I add more seats to my team account?
    • Reach out to our sales team by filling out the form on this page.

  • Can I purchase additional presentations if I need to generate more than five presentations a month?
    • Additional presentations are currently not available for purchase. If you are interested in purchasing the Enterprise edition of Matik with unlimited monthly presentations, reach out to our sales team by filling out the form on this page.

  • If I don't use my five presentations in a month, do they roll over to the next month?
    • Your five presentation per month allocation must be used in the same month. Any remaining presentations at the end of the month will be voided.

  • Can someone help me set up Team payment?
    • Reach out to our support team through the chat widget on the bottom right corner of any screen in the Matik app once you are signed in. You may also send us an email at support@matik.io. 
  • How do I test templates without using my five-presentation quota?
    • Individual slides can be tested by going to the Templates page. Select the template you want to test and select a slide. Above the thumbnails, click on "Test Slide."

  • Do I need to provide a payment method for the free trial?
    • Nope! Just create a Matik account and start using it for 30 days. Once your trial expires, you will need to provide a payment method to continue using Matik.
  • How do I get Matik to delete all of my data sources, presentations, and information after the free trial?
    • If you’d like to delete information in your Matik account, reach out to our support team through the chat widget on the bottom right corner of any screen in the Matik app once you are signed in. You may also send us an email at support@matik.io. 
  • If my organization has strict data security requirements, can I still use Matik? What are Matik’s security policies?
    • Matik is SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified and GDPR compliant. You can find more information on security here. Reach out to our support team if you have any additional questions.
