The Owner Admin role in Matik provides enhanced permissions and access across the enterprise. This role is designed for users who require full control over all assets within the platform. An Owner Admin has edit access to all assets within the enterprise regardless of their share status. This can be useful when an owner of an asset leaves the company or is on leave without transferring ownership and action is needed on a template.
The Owner Admin role includes permissions to:

Edit all templates.

Manage slide conditions, send conditions, and generate conditions.

Oversee all generated presentations, documents, emails, and scheduled Flows.
How to Obtain the Owner Admin Role
For security reasons, the Owner Admin role can only be granted by Matik. If you require this level of access, please reach out to your TAM (Technical Account Manager) for assistance.
