When connecting to Google Sheets, ensure READ (or Edit) access to the spreadsheet is granted to all admins and end users. As a best practice, create a Google Drive folder to store all Matik content (Slides, Google Sheets, etc.) and share the contents of this folder when team members are onboarded to Matik. This will prevent the headache of providing access to each file to each user individually.
When generating, Matik makes copies of any Google Drive files that are used. Thus, please make sure that your file and Google Shared Drive it resides in have the following setting enabled: "Allow viewers and commenters to download, print, and copy files."
If this setting is NOT enabled, users that only have View access in Google will encounter errors when generating.
