Error message: We couldn't check for the existence of the Custom Matik Presentations folder in your drive. Have you connected to Google?
If you're receiving this error message, this is usually due to an issue around Matik's connection to Google Drive.
How to resolve:
- Connect Matik to Google Drive. Go to your profile by clicking on the icon with your initials in the top right corner of the Matik App. Click on Account Settings from the dropdown, then click "Connect to Google Drive" on the next page.
- If you are already connected to Google Drive and are still getting this error, your Enterprise is likely using a custom Google Drive folder for Matik, and you do not have full shared edit access (read and write) to that folder. Reach out to your Matik administrator and ask them to add you to the folder with edit access.
