Using the "Test Slide" functionality with a Powerpoint template will temporarily create a pop-up window to download the presentation. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, it will prevent the pop-up window from downloading the test slide you requested. To resolve, disable your pop-up blocker or ensure pop-ups are enabled for the Matik website: app.matik.io.
