Matik's Highspot integration lets end users send a finished presentation straight into a Highspot Spot. Your sales team gets the deck in the place they already look for content, without anyone downloading and uploading it by hand.
An admin connects Highspot once and chooses a destination Spot for your enterprise. After that, anyone who generates a supported presentation sees a Send to Highspot button when the generation finishes.

Note: When you send a Google Slides presentation to Highspot, Matik changes the presentation's Google Drive sharing to Anyone with the link can view, so that Highspot users can open it. Anyone who has the link can see the presentation, including people outside your company. If a deck contains information that should stay inside your organization, don't send it to Highspot.
Connecting Highspot
Connecting Highspot is done by a Matik admin in Enterprise Settings. Setup has two steps: add your Highspot credentials, then choose the destination Spot. The Spot list appears only after the credentials are saved.
Before you start
Ask your Highspot administrator for the following:

API URL: The base URL of the Highspot API for your account, for example
https://api.highspot.com/v1.0. - API Key and API Secret: A key and secret generated in Highspot for the Matik integration.
The Spot list in Matik shows only the Spots these credentials can access. The credentials must also be allowed to add content to the Spot you plan to use.
Step 1: Add your credentials
- Go to Enterprise Settings and open the Integrations tab.
- On the Highspot card, click Set Up.
- Enter the API URL, API Key, and API Secret.
- Click Add Highspot integration.
Step 2: Choose the destination Spot
- On the Highspot card, click Configure.
- Under Highspot destination, select the Spot where generated presentations should go.
- Click Update Highspot integration.
The Send to Highspot button appears for your users only after a Spot is selected.
Changing or removing the integration
To change the Spot or update credentials, click Configure on the Highspot card, make your changes, and click Update Highspot integration. To disconnect Highspot, click Delete Highspot integration and confirm.
Sending a Presentation to Highspot
- Generate a presentation from a PowerPoint or Google Slides template.
- When the generation finishes, the Your Presentation is Ready! page appears.
- Click Send to Highspot.
Matik shows a Sent to spot confirmation when the upload succeeds. The presentation then appears in the Spot your admin selected.
Limitations
- One Spot per enterprise: Every presentation goes to the same Spot. You can't choose a different Spot for each template, user group, or generation.
- PowerPoint and Google Slides only: Other template types can't be sent to Highspot. See Supported Template Types.
- Single generations only: The Send to Highspot button appears after a single generation. It isn't available for bulk or scheduled generations.
- Manual send: Presentations aren't sent automatically. Someone has to click Send to Highspot for each one.
- Google Slides decks become link-shareable: Sending a Google Slides presentation sets its sharing to Anyone with the link can view.
Troubleshooting
